It has been reported on Facebook that Pete Bell has sadly passed away.

Condolences to family, friends and colleagues.

RIP Pete & condolences to his family , friends & past & current players . Never heard a bad word said about Pete.

Hope it is not too late for the , club , fans & players to show their respects to a great club man at today's game .

Sad, sad news. He gave so much to the club.

I didn't know him all that well but sat next to him at one of the Challenge Cup semi-finals played at the Keepmoat and thoroughly enjoyed his company.

I did not know Pete personally but I am aware of his amazing work for the Dons. Condolences to his Family and his friends at this sad time.
