never noticed boyle when he was playing so not missed him, miller should be back in a couple of weeks i think. hope howden is back this week i heard he was back training, but not sure whether that is correct though.
Thanks onedon .....it's nice to be told something about the injuries. Cheers.
You said on Friday you were not turning out, not liking what you see is hardly an injury. See you Sunday
I was that miffed with how ineffective we looked I nearly binned my season ticket ... Too much ale ... luckily I slept on it. No not the ale ... the kneejerkery.
Carl was asked about injuries, for me he answered a different question to what he was asked. I understand the question was about who are the injured players and how long are they going to be out for. He answered saying he didn't want to go into detail of what players injuries are. I can understand not wanting to tell clubs that Player X has a bad knee or Player Y has a iffy spleen...but i don't think it's giving secrets away to say Player X is expected back in 3 weeks and Player Y has died. I'd have re-iterated the question if I was the presenter guy

Good point and a crucial difference
Is there a case then for the Coach to appear a little more often on ITD and the injury related questions such as you have highlighted (short to medium ) term ones could be addressed that way. Plus the Rovers regular update their Official site when players are back in training, progress etc, perhaps the Dons could do the same.

Thank goodness it's not just me. I think that they should err on the pessimistic with timescales and then it comes as a nice surprise when players return early. Because continually saying that a player is a couple of weeks away and then saying it again and again in the case of Miller is infuriating and not fair on people paying at the gate ... when they find on entering the arena that half the basic team is absent.
I don't believe any of them anymore ... too much spin ... the article seldom matches the description of it.
Apart from Charlie Martin who you have to guess is still not 100% and Zak (injured from the York game?) that IMO is a strong squad, no prize for the obvious omission, sends a message (if not injured) of concentrate and don't eff up
