Jack Logan has played Full Back this season. Irrelevant for the moment though now he's at Toronto.

The problem for Jack Logan is he is a player thats sits between Championship and Super league quality
Whether he can actually step up to a regular Super League starting centre im not sure.
Dont think he will be a Hull Fc player next season

OK, they have more than 5 players that need farming out, but we should have first dibs.

I get the impression that it's more complicated than that. When we signed Naulago, Radford effectively said that we had only been able to do it because of Bienek going out on loan. We looked for dispensation for Dawson Jones but it wasn't granted since he had already played. So I think we are going to need to have at least one player out on loan somewhere at all times for the rest of the season to allow us to remain under the cap.

Are we allowed to loan players to you as well, or would it effect the dual reg quota?

You can loan players to us, in any match day 17 we can have a total of 5 players from other clubs (either on loan or on DR)

If loaning players out is financial arrangement for Hull then I suspect we wouldn't be in a position to pay for loan fees on top of the DR fees

A player of Jack Logan's quality would certainly enhance our chances of going up. Do Hull want to play him at the highest level as they need to decide whether to keep him on next season and they don't think they would learn anything if he plays for the Dons?

Does Richard Horne not feel we need him? I suspect that isn't the case or else he wouldn't have been in the squad for Sunday.

Quite what the politics are behind his move to Toronto, we will probably never know.

Some fans don't like the loan/DR system and will never believe it's a good idea.

Those that do endorse it will start to question it should we not get promoted.

Seriously, if we got five of the best from Hull every week it would maximise our chances of going up. Anything short of that and we increase the risk of coming up short.

As it's vital that we get out of this league this season, I'd be wanting to keep the risks of not going up to an absolute minimum. I wouldn't want to be messing about with the play-offs either - that's too much of a lottery. Aim for the top spot and nothing less.

Bring in the best of the Hull lads every week (apart from when playing the bottom teams in the league), and use that extra class to boss this league from now to the end of the season!
