We do play NWC away 16/2/20 ,NOT Keighley .

We play Workington away on the 3/5/20 NOT on the 2/8/20.

Fri 19th June: Hunslet (a)
Sun 28th June: Workington (h)
Sun 5th July: Barrow (a)
Sun 12th July: Coventry (h)
Fri 17th July: London (a)
Sun 2nd August: Workington (a)
Sun 9th August: N Wales (h)

It'll be interesting to see if the Workington and Coventry games are re-arranged.

If they are both reversed, we would have 'no home game' between 31st May and 9th August. That would create ten weeks without a home match.

It would also mean playing seven away games running. This would be far from ideal.

With this in mind, I wonder whether the club will even try to get the games reversed? I think the best we can hope for is that Castle Park will be available for the Workington and Coventry home matches.

Not pinching Mike's thunder with the reply Paul but I think that the state of the pitch may dictate. I think they got away with it last year due to a relatively mild winter and it appeared to be a shorter 'out' time. Stand to be corrected as ever.

Last season, we played Keighley at home on 10th June with our next home game on 29th July against Oldham.

The 28th June game at home to Workington looks extremely unlikely. The 12th July game against Coventry looks equally difficult although if it were possible to start the pitch work after our game on Sunday 31st May, a six week window might see it ready for 12th July?
