Due to injury, suspension or unavailability new Head Coach Gary Thornton will be without 13 of his squad for Sunday’s trip to Doncaster.

For a bunch of 'strangers' allegedly they looked very organised (Chase still can boss a game) and a typical Thornton 'professional' game plan. A win is a win I know but frustrating especially that first forty. Wish I had a pound for the amount of times I said at half time we need to up the tempo and Boas has to step up to the plate more.
The Ben Johnston factor was really missing today.
Thought the ref was very keen on any high stuff and for that I applaud him but to fail to penalise properly the assault on Boas's head and neck area in the second half when he was tackled in our half was very poor. It was deliberate and it should have warranted a card.
