perhaps they just need a coach who can get the best out of the players they have. someone who is not seemingly constantly telling them they are not good enough. man management!

Andy Hay is currently out in Australia. The Hull FC assistant coach is on the New South Wales 'coaching team' assisting with Blues defensive patterns in preparation for their next SoO match.
