From the various match reports, it seems that there were a number of our former players involved in the festive fixtures ...

Luke Burgess, Michael Coady and Simon Worrall (already mentioned) for Leeds Rhinos v Wakefield Wildcats.

Rob Lunt (Dewsbury Rams), Chris Buttery, Paul Handforth, Sean Hesketh and Craig Potter (all Batley Bulldogs) in the Heaven Woollen friendly.

Kirk Netherton for Castleford Tigers v Bradford Bulls. Rikki Sheriffe for the Bulls.

Nathan Freer and Wayne Reittie for York City Knights (against a York amateur select).

Carl Briggs and Mark Stubley (Hunslet Old Boys), Craig Miles (Sharlston Rovers) in the BARLA Yorkshire Cup Final.

Craig Skelton (Bransholme Dales) and Mike Martinez (Parkers) in the BOCM Cup Final.
