Nearly forgot ... had an excellent pin of Saltaire Titus Black in the Gatehouse at the weekend. Dark and bitter but with a lovely roast malt flavour.

Just had a delicious pint of Acorn Eggcracker at the Old Market Hall, Mexborough followed by a pint of E & S Nettlethrasher.

Lovely stuff.

Am now supping the allegedly carbon neutral Adnam's East Green, one of the bottles purchased from Booth's at Ulverston. Very nice indeed!

Had the Eggcracker in the Kelham Island Tavern a while ago - as you say, delicious.
