We walked back past it after seeing you. It had livened up from when we were in. We ended up back in the Old Angel.

Had two pints of Thorne bitter in the Old Angel,,,,,,,nice but a bit at the malty/licquorice end for my palate.
Prefer the Ruddles .......especially at 99p a pint.
I'm a cheapskate.

Thornbridge Kipling 5.2%
Brentwood Brewing Company Chockwork Orange 6.5%
Wentworth Challenge 4.3%

also popped into the Sun Inn again on the way home from the match yesterday ... more Hobgoblin
and later Acorn Barnsley Bitter and Cairngorm Trade Winds.
