That deal cancelled after Sheffield Eagles offered to take the player on a month's loan. Dean played full back yesterday and scored the Eagles opening try in the 22- 47 defeat against Featherstone at Wakefield.

Sean Hesketh has moved to Hunslet from Keighley having been unable to meet the Cougars training schedule.

Brad Nicholson has signed a new two year contract with Keighley.

George Milton played for York City Knights yesterday on dual registration from Hull KR.

David Foggin-Johnston (2) and Harry Tyson-Wilson were among the try scorers as York beat South Wales Ironmen 26-24.
