Missed the Morocco Ale at the festival so was pleased that was on. Best of the three but wouldn't put anyone off any of them.

Had a pint of Razzle Dazzle (4.3%) by the Loddon Brewery yesterday. So nice I had another!

Problem sorted at the Bluecoat and how! The peachy Ossett Treacle Stout. Had a fairly average Brew Company Primeus (?) Stout and a very nice Thornbridge Hark at the Arkwright followed up by a couple of quaffable pints of Triple XB at the Parish Oven, Thorpe Salvin yesterday.

Had a couple of different but very decent pints in the Devonshire Cat, Sheffield this evening;

Brass Monkey's Very Mild Monkey 3.5%
(A very dark red pale ale)
Hornbeam Dark Domination 6.0%
(A strong dark bitter with roast and chocolate flavours)

Had a day on the ale on Leeds yesterday whilst also visiting the German Market ...

Best beers of the day ...

Abbeydale Chocolate Stout (4.5%) and York Constantine (3.9%) in Mr Foleys
Brains SA (4.2%) in the Horse & Trumpet
Wadworth 6X (4.3%) in the Scarbrough Hotel
and a couple of Seasonal brews ...
Caledonian Escape Claus (4.0%) and Elgoods Snicklemas (5.0%) in Wetherspoons (Leeds Station).

... as well as the wonderful Abbot Reserve, I also managed another couple of ales from JDW's Festive Ales list yesterday ...

Titanic Festive Thirty 4.3%
Sharps Nadelik 4.6%
(a couple of very nice winter warmers available in the Gatehouse).
