Not too fussed, but would still like to have seen Danny Stanley on board..

I also think Jack Ely could really prove key this year if played enough and see no reason why he wouldn't make a great scrum half, he very similar in build and style to Bobby Goulding and Luke Robinson....IMO

Ely impressed last season . He has been given the No13 squad number , will he play at loose forward ?

When the side starts rolling ... any major deficiencies will make themselves apparent. So first you re-jig and see if it's just a positional thing ... if it's not, then you get a player to fill the glaring gap. Or you may get an injury to a key position early doors (it happened last year) and so it is Hobson's Choice. Either way, I would urge Miller to bide his time ... and I think he will. So the debate is a non-starter. Hope that helped.

I'm guessing it is envisaged that spot belongs to a prop/second row seeing as it is the space left vacant by Scott Johnson??

Whatever happened to all the players Blackpool had? They had a good squad

I'd echo the sentiments on Jack Ely, very much the unsung hero for us last year although I;d question if he's currently mobile enough for a scrum half

On the 13 issue, IMO Grat Edwards is the best Loose Forward we have, but there is the obvious injury situation

Re: Danny Stanley, getting to training was reportedly the problem with Danny and I understand the same issue has come up at Gateshead too. I am a firm believer of; if you don't train, you don't play

Been playing amatuer for Fryston along with Gareth Handford.

I think we need another prop forward if we have just lost one.
