I know players move on every year , but the playing group we have at the moment are mentally weak.
We need some backbone in the squad , not a team of bottlers who fold at the first huddle.
The facts speak for themselves , the number of game we have lost through our own ineptitude would have us firmly in the top three.

If the said players are leaving, then we need to ditch the pathetic DR with Hull and recruit a side that should be automatic promotion favourites.
If our recruitment is poor and our travels to Featherstone continue, then I fear buying a season ticket will be as appetizing as two weeks self catering in Iraq.

Every year we hear the same hype/ tripe , ( delete as appropriate ) Come on Club Doncaster show faith in your dwindelling fan base and give us a team that truely can compete with the best in the league, because if you dont i fear with the new structure coming it will be the death knoll for the club as we know it.

I have wondered why Beryl would want to play in such a mediocre side and fully expect him to move on should we flop.
And it looks very much like we have given up and players have moved on in their minds.
RH is toast as far as I am concerned, but how can we start again with no decent players?
Every season trying to build it up and failing.
I think of us as I think of the Rovers now we are a part of them, going nowhere with no real money.
Sad ...
I will just have a delve in the cliche drawer to cheer myself up.
I will be choosing from:-
..get behind the lads
..I haven't pulled a pair of boots on
..each game is different
...
call myself a supporter?
..the lads don't go out to lose
..fickle
..old moaner
..
..at least we have a team to watch
..go and find another team then
..
The list of vacuous cliches is endless!

We are just about finished and rubbish appointments, there have been some good ones too, have done for us!

Aren't you all forgetting something, amidst all this rumour, speculation and lack of information on missing players together with poor performances on the field, where is the magnificent Mr Hall.Nothing ever heard from him even though supporters are thoroughly dismayed about the current situation. He doesn't care anymore cause he's got his own personal agenda to develop with his new mate Tony Adams.

I would be very interested to know if it is indeed the coach or the players that are below par.
Obviously RH has a proven playing pedigree and is held in high regard at Hull , is it his game plans that are the issue or is it the players failure to implement them that is the problem.?

Nowt wrong with Carl ...
We don't really know what constraints are put on him and similarly what constraints are put on Richard Horne to be fair.
I suspect they are very limiting.
We couldn't afford Guy Armitage, but London could?

But I don't get how some players are offloaded and worse players are kept on.

That is a serious lack of judgement for me ...how poor players, contract or not, are still playing at the expense of better ones.

And that is why I don't take to the present incumbent ...

He should know his best side, injuries aside.
What works and what doesn't.
It is actually down to the players if they perform and win or not in our side.
In other words, if THEY get it right we win and IF THEY get it wrong we lose ... he just handles the substitutions in a robotic way, HE does not change games by adapting to threats as they arise ... he spectates.
He would vehemently disagree of course and quite rightly tear me a strip off. But the table tells the true tale.

Know that.
Have they loaned him to the Skolars?
That's why I thought I must be wrong when he played against us.
