Is there a serious question lurking beneath the surface here, Tatty?

I'm quite willing to ask it, if you want to put your name to it?

Thank you for the offer but no because my expectation of a genuine answer is zero.I used to have a really good relationship with him but sadly my respect for him has gone because of the way he has distanced himself from the fans when the 5 Year Plan is a joke,DR has failed, the coaching has failed and the club has once again stumbled along on a track of mediocrity.

Here's my present list of questions:

1) How many current players have already signed contracts for next season?

2) When will the club start announcing the names of players retained for 2020?

3) With the reserve grade being reinstated for Super League clubs, how will this impact on our DR relationship with Hull?

4) When will Season Ticket prices for next season be announced and when will tickets go on sale?

5) What's the latest RFL news on the status of Ottawa and New York?

6) Has there been any more progress with regards to teams outside of Super League getting their own TV deal?

Erudite as ever DM. Good stuff.

It'd be nice to have a few more questions from forum posters though...

Supporting what Mike has said, if you have any questions, please feel free to post them here. Other than approaching individuals from Club Doncaster and asking one to one, this should be the best opportunity to get them asked and answered.

Thank God I'm an atheist.

The wanting to know your name bit is the killer for me.
If it is an awkward question, one that Carl might take exception to, it makes it difficult when you bump into him next time in the ground.
I don't ask questions anymore, I like a chat with Carl if I see him. Don't want any bad feelings.
I already am a bit of a pain as a supporter, but I hope they tolerate me.
Calling a spade a spade makes no friends at all.
I do hope people ask probing questions though..
Questions of a personal nature will be ignored even though they are accurate observations.
Happy days ..

The Club has just announced that this Meeting has been cancelled. No new date has been offered at this stage.

Promotion looks increasingly unlikely (though not impossible). Do the club already have plans in place should plan A prove unsuccessful. With DMBC seeking to appoint a legacy officer for the world cup a place in the championship seems essential by 2021.

My real name btw :)

It's a shame Thursday's meeting has been cancelled. No reason for the cancellation was given.

I'll ask your question when the meeting is held, Rob.

The eternal cynic in my thinks that maybe with the club having a heads up of the questions they felt they didn't like them and they would be uncomfortable to answer, so in true politician style just cancelled the meeting and hoped we'd go away.

I would like to add in a question, how can a club (Sheffield Eagles) who have most likely lower financial backing that us continue to achieve, thrive and survive, and produce some excellent Rugby League, while we cannot despite the face we are constantly told we have a massive budget and some of the richest directors in the RFL?

I have my suspicions that the financial picture at Club Doncaster (for the Dons, Rovers and Belles) is not as "rosey" as we are lead to believe. If you look at the Rovers summer transfers they havent been splashing the cash its mainly loans and frees.....sound familiar? https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/doncaster-rovers/transfers/verein/2454

If the club were afraid to answer questions, they would do away with the Fans Panel Meetings altogether. At least they give us an opportunity to put questions to them. They need to be given some credit for that.

The questions won't go away. They'll be asked when the meeting does take place.

I will add your question to the list, Steve.
