Relieved to get that one out of the way. Some really strong performances. Greensmith well deserved motm. I must say 3/4s all looked good. Very good game from Smeaton in particular. Also a pleasantly surprising display from Whitmore at hooker. Good to see we've got that option.

Discipline much better, several good performances today . Ross Whitmore a good game at 9 also did 80 mins i think.

Several mistakes but a lot less than Rochdale !

Cookie had a good game also.

Well done to Oliver Greensmith. The jink out from our own in-goal area was class.

Credit to the Dons for winning in what was a tough forward battle.

The Rochdale coach must be going mad at the number of errors they made.

It was certainly a nice step forwards for the Dons. I'm sure there'll be better to come in the coming weeks but we must get the defence sorted out or else we'll lose some games we ough to win.

I thought Paul Cooke's commentry was excellent. He's head and shoulders above the usual men with the microphone.

Enjoyed the coverage and a big up for Paul Cooke, his insight into the game is excellent. I feel that there is a lot to come from this current squad. Matty is the 26 equivalent of this team. Take a bow.

I was really pleased with Whitmore. The young forwards we've signed look to be pretty smart. Johnson and York have both started well. Mudoti looks to be useful. A year at this level for a prop of his age and athleticism will benefit both clubs.

O/T but just seen the score line at Whitehaven. What the heck, not sure if I've ever seen Haven at home get such a thumping. It puts the Championship in context with clubs who can go full time.

Good to see Ross having a good game, He played in the same junior team at Crigglestone all blacks as Oliver from U8’s to 15’s then Ross went to shaw cross and was picked up by hudds, ollie wasn’t picked up until he was 17
