It was most certainly that. But full credit to Coventry for a dull, uninspiring exhibition of slowing it down. It was bloody awful and because we lacked inspiration at 6 and 7 we got sucked into a bore fest.

Liam Welham had a good game and his ball strip off JT was typical of him, and welcome back Brandon Douglas

Fair assessment Wilf. A win is a win though. Coventry gave us a game and they really are a decent side.

I really do agree that it was good to see Brandon Douglas. For his first game back from long term injury he was probably my MOTM

My mom also ,Jason Tali is having a good run at the moment & his defence has improved .

I'd agree. He's still quick out of the line but seems more effective

A poor game of rugby league but at least a win. Won't have the stay aways rushing back or be the inspiration for new supporters either ... but still a win.

Really? I know 1138 is the attendance shown on the Dons' website but it didn't look that busy to me. Do you think that included the 300 ex-players who were on the touchline at half-time?

If we got 1138 today, we ought to get 1500 next week as there should be quite a few from Keighley.
