Almost two years ago the Pinewood Studios asked me to send them a copy of my first novel 'One Winter' which has a background of romance, rock 'n' roll and rugby league.
Two years is around the minimum period it can take a film company to make a decision so now I am just waiting patiently and hopefully for them to say if they are interested.
This Saturday (October 24th) I am in WH Smith in York signing copies of 'One Winter' and also my fourth novel 'One Autumn', with its background of work, family life and rugby league.
So if you are looking out for a Christmas present with a difference or might be interested in having your name put down for a film extra, I will be there at the front of the store from 11 onwards.
