This game is truely terrible, looks ok but the gameplay is poor with loads of glitches. IMO.

I think its quite decent, partly because like someone has already stated, the gameplay in some ways is actually more similar to league than it is union! in the sense that the opposition actually very rarely kicks it and you can pass the ball about a bit, and to a running player!.... there are a few slight glitches in that its farrrr to easy to offload and the offloads can be a bit ridiculous, but overall it is an improvement in some respects on RLL and if they incorparated some of what is in this game into a rugby league game it would be great.

Don't think I'm destined to own this game.

Ordered it from gameplay (who I've never had a problem with) in time for the original launch yet it never arrived. Waited the 15 working days after dispatch and filed a lost mail form and received a refund as the game was out of stock.

Bid for a copy on Ebay and was the lead bidder for a few days. Forgot to check the item towards the end of the auction and lost by £1.

Checked game sites again and located one on gameplay for £1 cheaper than I originally paid. Surely two games couldn't go missing? The game was dispatched on the 15th and yet here I am still waiting. I need to wait until the 6th of December before I can file another lost mail form.

Do I opt for another copy recorded delivery or do i cut my losses with gameplay and get another refund? Seems that theres definitely someone on the pinch between their warehouse in Basingstoke and the Wigan Postal Service.

Normally I wouldnt have but I gave them the benefit of the doubt after being happy with them for years.

Just buy it on Steam and play it over the net. Good entertaining game especially now as I've started to customise teams and players. Currently have set up a Leeds and Saints team which has made it far more exciting especially when I add in some custom players like Wally Lewis with 100 passing. Hope they do a RL game because the licences can't be any more expensive than those for the union ones.

I found the orginal Jonah Lomu PS1 game in my spare room the other day. What a classic.
