I suppose not many hookers get to the play the ball and scoot side ways, this game has a better realism than the early efforts. I've played a few 80 minute games and the opposition doesn't give in after 50 mins like on RL2. Scores are more realistic this time like 30-60 instead of 140-36.

I still find you have to win Rugby League Live games with a brilliant all round kicking game as passing through hands rarely creates a gap. Just like what Rugby is becoming!

I hate how the players just refuse to run onto the ball. If you make a clean break, draw the full back and pass the ball, the player who gets the ball just stops dead.

What's with the kick off \ kicking sticks? Seem's to be under powered, I tried a kick at goal from 30m out and about half way between the middle of the side line. The kick fell short? Any pro kicker can easily reach the distance, unless it's blowing a complete gail.

Yeah, funnily with the goal kicking thing, seemingly only Australians, or Sinfield, can kick it from the touchline. With wind I can just about make it with Eastmond.

Had an awesome game before online, with someone who was Hull. Was winning 6-0 with literally seconds to go and on the last tackle, then he spins it out instead of passing to the play maker.

He scores.

It was Sean Long.

They kicked the goal.

Went to extra time and on the 4th tackle of the first set I got a penalty for offside, Wilkin boots it to their 20 and on the 3rd tackle I think, it's now or never. Under the sticks, I MISS!!!

With 10seconds of the half remaining he has Horne set up for what I could only think as going for goal, tackle him and I'm safe, for now.

Kick off in the 2nd half of ET to them, on about the 3rd tackle their pass goes to ground and Soliola looks as though he's going to make it. I decide again it's best that I edge my way to the sticks, low and behold I drive as Wilkin without thinking. From the ptb I just pass to the left and over the line goes Eastmond, fantastic, more space to aim.

Wait a second?!?!!

EASTMOND SCORES :D!

I won 10-6, wouldn't even let me take the kick at goal.

If that was you who I played against, present yourself and your PSN, or add me R4ZM4TH3R! Wouldn't mind having another few games against you!

Can't view my recently played people on this on the PSN set up. Apparently the last player I met was someone on FIFA 10 at the end of June...

Had a few good games against some of you these past few days, but most of the time I play people from down under and connections are rubbish.

Anyone up for a competition or something?

Does anybody else find that if they are 6 points ahead in the 2nd half that they kick a drop goal?

I oftan do this because i back myself not to conceed 2 scores in the half but i believe that because it is difficult to score trys it places too much emphasis on drop goals.

Has anybody else notice that if you are playing against the playstation they never give penalties away?

Yeah the AI rarely give penalties away, bit of a pain really.

Drop goals are a must, it's so hard to score it's easier just to back yourself for the one point. I do it online a bit, 6 points ahead into 7, game essentially over really as you do get the ball back. Then if there's a few minutes left on the clock and I'm in their half, go for another. Guess I'm a wind the clock down sort of player.

Just played 80 minutes as Wakey v Australia. I lost 20-168!!! Aussies move up so fast they intercept everything.

Whoever I play online they either kick on the 1st tackle or quit when they know they've lost. Apart from Saint Ryan but I seem to lose control of my team (iffy pad?) everytime I played him at the 65 minute mark.

Whoever I play they seem to have 2 minute spells were they can run about 50mph and it makes it really hard to hang in there.

Yeah, the connection against everyone seems to go really crap around 60mins. God knows why, but then players start bursting through tackles and passes seem to go to ground and then end up in some other players hands...

Game needs sorting, but I doubt it will even get the updated rosters, never mind having some actual patch work done to it.
