Got to say I was pretty unlucky though. The way my player decided to dive out of the pitch when grounding the ball off the kick and yours managed it just fine! Anyway, well played!

I do agree that you deserved much more from the game, you were incredibly unlucky with your try, and like you said mine was very similar but Michael Dobson must be smaller and better at diving on the ball!

I think I'm going to grant a little longer for the groupstage games to be played as most people haven't even acknowledged their games. How does 19th December sound?

Fine by me, just a thought but would it be worth posting the details on the announcement thread that is on most of the subforums aswell? I'd been looking there myself and only realised everything was on here by accident and maybe other people have just been checking that thread without coming here?

I was about to say that I have to back out, since I've had nothing but problems with my new internet and it spends more time disconnected than it does online Hopefully Ill be able to get it sorted asap though and finish my games by 19th December.

The announcement thread will be taken down in the next couple of days so no point doing that.

I've been having a think I'll grant until January 1st to complete games; I'd imagine a lot of people will be off work for a bit over Christmas so they'll have plenty time to do the games.
