Haha officially it is, but there's a famous team picture of Wakey back in the early 1900's with a banner in the background saying T'Dreadnowts iz cumin, possibly before we went on a tour of Oz.

Also colloquially we'd say "Dreadnowt" a little like your kerk instead of coke

Oh, OK, I like that apologies for questioning.

I love accents and colloquialisms, I used to work in the Heavy Woollen area and people there spoke a completely different language to everyone else.

I worked in leeds for a while and learned all kinds of new words. Like a assorted bread products is a bread cake. Wierdos the lot of em

Were I live now I still can not get used to not calling a bread cake a bread cake they call it a bread roll and when you think I have now lived hear for 9 yrs its still weird

I'm working there at the moment, the only place in yorkshire they say "plarstering" instead of plastering. Also syuper instead of super.

I was over in Lancashire for a few years but steadfastly refused to order a Chip Barm from the chippy, its a chip butty for gods sake!!!!!!!

Worries for your club is Chesters after match comments sound like Agars years of drivel, (trained fantastic and great commitment) etc.
