Ok lads, its time to wake up and smell the steamed tofu.
Let me tell you a story. There was once a wealthy businessman that bought a struggling professional football team from Hull. The wealthy businessman put some of his own money into the team to buy good players and the sport team started to see some success. They climbed the league, won promotion to the top tear, and challenged their nearest rivals. All was looking good until the businessman attempted to purchase land around the sports stadium so he could develop it and make lots of money. The only thing standing in the way was the local council who currently owned the said land.
Now fast forward a little. The land purchase is still up in the air. The wealthy businessman has stated that he will only carry on investing in the sport club if the land purchase is approved. He has stopped putting his own money into signing quality players and as such, results are going from bad to worse. The club finds itself in a relegation scrap could even freefall from the heights reached only a few seasons ago.
