I like what you did there. Who is the mystery fallback candidate if it turns out the character concerns about Moore can't be put aside? We hear that they are down to two. Wrigley?
I have absolutely no idea! I'm struggling to know what member's of my family are up to, so I've no chance of understanding the inner workings of our board. Let's face it, if the CEO is involved, it will go off without a hitch!

Well, Rob Crossland is back according to Twitter, which is presumably why RH said the announcement was to be today. The board are such scamps making you wait.

You follow members of our board on Twitter? Don't you consider that behaviour a bit odd?
 You follow members of our board on Twitter? Don't you consider that behaviour a bit odd?
I don't follow him. You said it was hard keeping tabs on Rovers directors. I was helping you by searching for him on Twitter and he got back today. Honestly, provide a bit of information, entirely relevant to the thread, and get some personal insults. His Twitter feed is quite dull. Mainly boring contractor stuff. He told people not to ask him "that question" now he's back. Such a tease.

Trust me, that wasn't a personal insult, I thought we had a better relationship than that You get enough of them from the rest of this board.
I really should try this "Twitter" fandango, I just can't be bothered. I'm equally indifferent about FB.

What a service you provide for us Rovers fans ... and almost daily too
You say that about FC, but is it much different at Rovers? You're in the mid table mediocrity bucket with us and articulate similar aspirations, indeed Zod's been rumoured to have said that with a few astute signings you should be challenging for top 2 next season.
The good thing about being a Hull fan at the moment is the context. Less than 2 months ago our off season was with Kath and Agar in charge. Now we've got the Silver Fox avec chequebook, new coach, new conditioner, new DOR, Andy Lynch, reduced season pass prices, maybe (however ridiculous it may be) Jamie Lyon. You can't widdle on my bonfire, cockle. AP's pouring the petrol of hope on it. Not like we've signed a coach with "concerns about his character", is it? (see what I did there, getting us back on topic )
Aye. I heard the Rugby League Express were going to run the "rumour" as headline news for this Monday, but then I heard a "rumour" that the editor of Rugby League Weekly said he'd heard of the "rumour" first and said he wouldn't send any xmas cards to staff at RL Express so they both called a truce and agreed neither of them should run the story and perhaps spend their time reporting about what's going on in the play-offs.
Then I heard a "rumour" Fox sports in Aus claimed they'd heard of the "rumour" and they where going to run the story but decided instead to spend their time and energy reporting their play-off series instead - gutted I am
Even though the "rumour" was on the verge of being the important "rumour" in the history of world Rugby League (rumour has it anyway), I'm afraid I have to own up and admit that it is a total lie as a result of the bitterness harboured by the leech and parasite that is Mrs Barista.

Sorry, cockle, thought you were the same poster as Richie Robin. My mistake. Or is it?
You cannot possibly extrapolate Zod's delusional rants and make out that your average Rovers fan has such lofty ambitions. I expect a higher level of logic in your posts, cockle
Anyway, The Andy Lynch signing, that's screwed your "avatar" theory, which is why I suspect you have hastily dispensed with Stevie Mac! Which brings us right back on topic - dodgy coaches.
This is exactly how Mrs Barista operates.
Due the fact she's been owned by me (more times than I care to "bookmark" ***snigger***), she'll post something which in most cases is an manipulation of words to engineer a quote out of it's original context, or in this case, a complete and total lie, so that it gets quoted on, commented on, viewed by most people like yourself who take the quote at face value with considering whether her claims are of any substance etc. etc. and so in this instance, having to defend myself.
I'm awaiting to see who our next coach is and players before (and all other squads for that matter) before I'd even gauge an opinion on next season.
As for Mrs Barista, we'll quote each other until the thread gets locked (by which time everyone has identified her as the leech and parasite that she is), then she'll be frothing at the mouth, harbouring her bitterness for a good while until she eventually tries it on again - she just never learns.
Alternatively the MODs can avoid this sequence of events happening again by simply banning her from this Hull KR board for good then I can post about matters concerning Rovers, instead of having to deal with unprovoked attempts to create an artificial perception of what I actually contribute to this board.
