Is his plan any different to what Hull are doing? Bring through your youth, look to sign good young players and tie them down to long contracts, get better value out of your cap and look for off field improvements to conditioning and rehab. Pretty obvious to me but actually implementing it effectively and achieving anything at the end of it is the challenge.

Indeed. One of the hardest things is to stick to the plan and ride the criticism - sometimes vitriolic - that will inevitably come from fans about the coach who is tasked with implementing the plan. Important to hold your nerve as a club wouldn't you say ?

Indeed. Thankfully they didn't bin radford and houghton as you were suggesting a little over a year ago

I didn't believe that we could play as badly as we did yesterday. For me it was another step down from what I thought was the bottom. And in a derby as well. We need a new coach and some new players. In terms of the players I'd start at hooker and clear all three of the current crop out.

I thought he'd tried to take them home with him. Wasn't there an incident at bangkok airport when he had his bags searched?

Rovers look nailed on to be in the £million show down if the above remain in the bottom 4.

I could only imagine your board if you'd have been turned over by Oldham
