It does seem to be dragging on though in November they said a couple of weeks and then definitely the first week in January now February

Well we’re not playing Toronto there and they hope it’s ready for the first SL game which is in February

Nothing has come from the club apart from that they don't know whether it will be available for Toronto but it will be ready for the Derby.

The HSE have indicated that the ground will reopen on the 18th of this month after braces are put on 2 of the other columns

It might not be the structural issue with the existing Floodlights that's the issue here, it might be more the left over glass and metal embedded all over the pitch from the fallen one. I would assume the pitch will require completely re-laying. Finding metal is one thing but how the heck do you go about finding all the glass...?
