Why would that need pointing out? I'm sure the lads don't come out and count the fans, mind you it was possible to actually do that during your parade.
Apart from O Meley, he gets confused when it hits double figures. There again, there wasn't THAT many left was there...

You suggest that Hull fans are disloyal despite us having the third highest attendance average in Super league yet again, even after two poor seasons and one average one. Meanwhile Rovers' crowds have fallen by 300. Who are the most loyal? Maybe time to give Olly Murs a regular spot?
I think that the attendance figure at the start of a game is somewhat more important than at the end.
Newton didn't do it for 70 mins of the game though, [didn't call you lot f***ing scumbags], didn't squirt water at the front row, didn't point to his name (which in my opinion, was disrespectful to his teammates) in a direct attempt to wind the fans up... need I go on?
If he called your fans that Scott, then he is bang out of order ,and the R.L. should do something about it. Newton was at least only having a laugh at our expense.

Must admit I left on the final whistle,I usually stay to applaud the team, but losing to your team left me feeling deflated. I needed to get home for a swig of Jack Daniels.
"They supercede individuals, they supercede the team and they supercede the club. Our club is a traditional, working class club and the supporters are loyal and passionate and to see them go away happy really makes my day." Craig Sandercock.
ERM. We take thousands away to ALL away matches no matter what day what time or what the state of the said teams stadium is like. We took over 3000 to Wigan last night for an 8pm kick off knowing that at 10:00pm parts of the M62 was shut and the likelyhood would be getting back into hull after 01:00am. Your supporters couldn't even number 1000 going from West Hull to East Hull. The excuses used range from "I'm not giving them Drovers my hard earned cash, I won't stand in the South stand, Theres always trouble so i refuse to go and haven't being for years, We're going to get beat, ect ect ect" You sing in any kind of weather. This song you sing is bullshit and IMO you need to stop singing it because you certainly don't believe in the lyrics.
So yes we are the most loyal fans and alot more loyal then Hull fans by a very very long way.

Well by your rationale we are a successful club too then: next to bottom with 17 points, third from bottom with 20 points, sixth with 30 points.
But you've gone from finishing 2nd, reaching a playoff final, winning a C/C cup and reaching another C/C final to being regulary knocked out of all competitions by clubs lower than you in the league, and as my sig says, we still haven't been knocked out of the playoffs by a team finishing lower than us in the regular season, another 1st for your lot.....FC...progress... i think not.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.
