I do realize this, but what I was wondering didn't Warrington at some point want to sign Mitch Clarke and seen there have being some negativity from certain fans saying were going for cheap options. It must show we have some pulling power to compete with Warrington for some young player

Leigh will be saying to themselves 'one more super league scalp and we're safe'. They play us a week next Saturday and then play Huddersfield at Leigh the following weekend. Huddersfield have Leeds at home and then us at ours. if Leigh beat them it could be Salford v Huddersfield for the MPG? Could be some good signings to be had.

I definitely think one of the superleague sides are going down this year. Winning at Salford was imo a bigger match than in 2007.
To finish the job, a Leigh victory is a must. 10 points is the golden mark, Then the club can concentrate on putting this unbelievably crap season behind and then sort out making us stronger for next year.
Mr Peacock's plan will then be only 4 years away.....exciting times ahead.

Yeah, I'm sure he found it easy to turn down wire if you were both after him

There's the Cookie factor to add int the mix as well, shouldn't make a difference but it will be another angle for the local media to latch onto.

Watching the highlights of their Featherstone game they looked to have had a large slice of luck getting through that one, their results tend to suggest that they are a far better team at the LSV than they are away from home, hopefully finishing that one place higher will pay dividends in this respect

I'm really looking forward to the Leigh match as it will be my first match I've gone to in Hull for a couple of years, excellent stuff! :D
