Still don't know what this "Mr. Green" character means, is it jealousy?

Obviously "Mr. Laughing Out Loud" signifies laughing, there's one that appears to be smoking a massive jazz cigarette, don't know what he means, but "Mr. Green?" No idea.

Your edit just draws attention to the fact that there's supposed to be a profanity there and I reckon that people read it and try working out which word it was.

profanity generally isn't a problem as long as it passes the swear filter.
Changing it or adding it to another word to get it passed will get the EDIT-AS treatment.
