How is the signing of a player on loan better than our own player committing to another couple of seasons?

I've previously said I'd take Kebabdul on loan, but I hope his game time isn't at the expense of further developing our own halves, both Marsh and Harris.

Don't think Roby was in the squad, Houghton had a better season than him, the others it was close and hard to compare. I've always been part of the Houghton fan club and defended him against others, he isn't perfect, but a very good hooker. all the Yeaman ctitism was justified in the past, had a good season though, but the right time to retire as we need more attacking flair.

For me, an experienced half is a priority for me unless Blair is playing in the halves next year.

Not much about in experience halfs in the U.K., unless you can sign Finn, Soward still hasn't signed anywhere, if not it will have to a reserve NRL player. I sure you will all be happy the Prince rumours seem to have cooled.
