We took just short of 1000 to HKR last week.

And very well behaved they were, even after securing SL survival. Unlike the Salford Scum today.

In your continued tirade against just a few Salford morons (The Doctor will ban them for life if identified) - Please answer these 2 points :-

a) Your fan who threw the bottle at O`Brien when kicking at the end - lets have your view.
b) There were also many Rovers fans fighting at the end - one of whom had the best uppercut I have seen for years - so can we have your unbiased view on those idiots?

2 things from a Leigh fan I thought you bossed the game and unfortunately fell short, the Championship will soon be a bigger more vibrant competition than it already was and Hull KR have a huge part to play.

Secondly, you can thank the man that most people spout $hit over in Derek Beaumont because next year he got you a full SL cap to play with and that means you should be straight back.

An outpouring of emotion from salford was understandable. They just snatched super league status from the jaws of relegation and consigned a rival to oblivion. The hull kr fans were at fault, they should have let the salford fans celebrate their success in peace.

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Frederick Douglas

Re: HA HA HA : Sat Oct 01, 2016 7:45 pm
The idiot who threw the bottle should be banned if identified, same as the few (and it was a few, probably no more than thirty) who ran on, even if they weren't fighting.

However, hundreds of Salford fans ran onto the pitch, I don't agree with it, it's just not acceptable in modern sport, I could understand it if was just celebratory, but it wasn't. An awful lot of it was goading. About fifteen minutes after the end a "Rover's 'til I Die" chant went up, at this point all the Salford fans were congregated over by the tunnel on the other side of the pitch, on hearing the chant the majority of this group turned and began gesturing again to the East Stand, some running until the stewards headed them off.

I wasn't going to comment on any of this but a final incident changed my mind.

Walking away from the ground down Preston Road, all ten of the Salford coach's passed me and my friend, nine out of the ten contained people banging on the windows from most of the side of the coach, people flicking the v's, giving us the finger, making offering us out for a fight gestures and even throat slitting.

Classy.

Saw quite a few when walking back to car wearing Man City and Man United shirts and not Salford one.

I dont think either side were playing today.

Dont want to be stereotypical but was it a case of a few football thugs were at a loose end and just wanted an excuse for a p*** up and a fight.

It's Marwan's biggest problem, because growing Salford means encouraging more people from Salford to attend, and even back in the Willows days they tended to be Manc morons spending their giros on rugby and beer.

Thats because you are a complete w@nker. I don't like Hull FC but do want two strong Hull clubs, as do most genuine RL fans in the town. I have B&W mates and not one of them has sent gloating texts, just asking how I am and hope we bounce back. Must be really awful being such a bitter and twisted @rsehole.

Oh the irony! When it comes to bitter and twisted @rseholes, they don't come much more bitter than you Steve.
On the plus side, you'll have your chance to gain revenge on Oldham a bit sooner than you thought. Enjoy
