It's still an earner but yeah it's a family job I'm looking forward to the game not expecting to win but looking forward to the cool headed Jewitt deal with the intensity of the derby

Fcs books concern me not.Im just a fan of KR. Appreciate the sentiment over the game and yes hopefully no controversy and best team wins

Pearson in today’s HDM :

But while winning a trophy cannot be factored into financial planning each year, Pearson says Hull are now in a position where they expect to break even each season regardless of trophy success, with any on-field success only serving to help FC post a profit, as they did last season.
The balance sheet is still weak because of some historical debt that is there, but on a year on year basis the club are in a much healthier position and we are looking like being self-sustainable.”
Over the last six or seven years we have made some significant losses so it is nice to be showing a profit, even if it is on the back of getting to Wembley once again,” Pearson told the Mail.
“We are now in a position where if we have a reasonable season we should be breaking even and if we can get to a final we’ll be showing a profit and that’s always been the goal, to make this club self-sustainable.”
