Good luck with Tony Smith I hope the new challenge reignites his passion for the game and that goes well for you Over all I enjoyed his time with Wire and glad he's back in the game.

As an aside does anyone on here have the official attendance or a source from our QF Cup game?

On paper very good signing, although I'm sure that was said about Sheens.

Probably the best you could get at this time, strange that it is only for the rest of year, surely it isn't until Ford comes in, as that would be a massive downgrade.

I think you would have stayed up anyway, but it will be interesting to see if there is any long term improvement at Rovers under Smith.

The deal is initially for the rest of this year. Who knows what will happen after that.
