I was surprised you let Hall go, he was going okay for you wasn't he? And as you say he offers you a lot of utility value across the park.

Yeah, he’s well-liked I think it is fair to say, so a bit sad too.
I think there’s been a decision to clear the decks. We’re still definitely in the trust in Tony phase, and there’s probably a feeling that tough decisions have to be taken. However, we also need enough hands on deck for 2020 and some curiosity about where our last few signings will come from.

Unless that changes, anybody we sign must have learned their RL trade in this country or France (limiting it to countries on this side of the world with pro clubs and a record of producing SL standard players), or have some sort of exemption. E.g. under 21 years old, or coming from RU, or RFL random decision generator beneficiary.

But looking at the Cook Islands flag it has the Union Jack on their flag do they still belong to us or are they like the Aussie and New Zealand
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.
Brilliant mate, viva The Empire, anywhere with a Union Flag should be fair game, probably just as sensible as the RFL's rules.
On Hall, I like him as a bloke and I think we should have kept him, but no where near good enough with his decisions to play full back.
Quinlan could go in the halves and we could try and sign Gigot to play full back, although I assume he's got a high profile gig somewhere already which is why The Butcher fell out with him.
