Among those who have enjoyed my half a million words are Tony Collins, Ray French, Dave Hadfield, Tony Hannan, Phil Howard, Mike Stevenson and Graham Williams. To encourage any other rugby league fan to do something similar (write a novel based on their own life) I have also written three pages of general advice.
