No problem with travelling to attend these meetings as we choose to play in this league but like has been said most of it could be done by email. In the past I have made the journey for a meeting lasting just 15 mins. Pretty bloody annoying considering Monday is soap night.

I didn't say they were offensive, but they were derailing the thread and heading in the wrong direction. A further post directed at yourself tipped the balance.

Not sure what difference a pack will make, your league committee have already been instructed from above what you will be doing

Good to hear, though somehow when the carrot is dangled and clubs follow it, I can't see you deciding against it no matter what you might think as fear of being left behind will force your hand.
