what a shocking performance from us this weekend. Never seen us play that bad we wouldnt have beat a division 6 team on saturday need to shape up now. And not too sure tbh mate

very very good game leyland were a good young team didnt react too any niggles seemed a biut scared in patches but play very good rugby was a superb match to play in the lions are back

Rochdale Mayfield 6-16 New Springs

Good win for us as we only turned up with 14 men, picked up a lot of injuries last week and had a few faces that hadn't played for a while. The pitch was horrible, can't believe the ref allowed it to go ahead tbh but glad it's out of the way and another win under our belts, should have a much stronger team next week although I've no idea who we're playing yet.

Good result for you men considering. You going to have everybody back then?? we got Irlam i think should be a cracker we can keep the team we had on saturday together will do w3ell couple of new faces in and were starting too look a force. Loved the game saturday love the wet heavy condintions lol

We had about 8 players out this week, nothing long term so we should have most of them back this week. Fixtures according to RL Express are:

Rochdale Cobras played Higginshaw at higgs on sunday in a local semi final on the smallest pitch in the world....no room for our backs...nightmare lost 30-18, if you go there leave ya backs at home n bring more forwards!!!!!

Their pitch is a joke, even worse that you have to walk over a perfectly good pitch to get to the one they play on (I'm assuming you played on the same one we did). Fair play to Leyland getting a result there on Saturday, it plays to Higginshaw's strengths and their home record is good this season.

We've got Leyland away next week, big game for us. Rested a few players who were carrying knocks this week and there's only one player definitely out next week so looking pretty strong.
