Hindley 66-0 Bury!
Another enjoyable game at Hindley (despite the result!). Was always gonna be tough - we went with 3 props missing (1 injured, 1 working and the other just fcking vanished), and our last remaining prop twisted his ankle after about 15 mins. We started very cold and let in a few in the first 20, didn't even get a set before they were 3-4 tries up. After that we raised our game a bit and kept them scoreless for the last 20.
None of that takes away the fact Hindley are a good, well drilled side (apart from a stange moment from the No.9, who got taken off. I think he was upset at hitting the crossbar from about 10 yards out!), and they run and handle well. Quite a few big lads n'all, they should do well. Very tight in defence, not likely to concede many in this division.
Cheers fellas!

Missed the game today as i had work, glad to hear we won. I know that we had a few (at least 4) first teamers missing for this game. Dnt mean to take a gloss off what you said mate but we have eased off the pedal in the last 20 in virtually every game this year (except against rochdale and waterhead)
