My predictions

Haresfinch - quite a handy side and seem to be tough to beat at home
Bold - Leigh firsts are away at skirlaugh so seconds may not be strong enough to beat bold
Hfh - leyland seem to be struggling after a good start,Halton playing really well can't see anything but a big win
St.judes - Rochdale were a struggling team last week and can't see much changing this week
Spring view - two sides who you never know what sort of team they can put out but sv as they are at home

It's gonna be a warm weekend summer rugby has finally arrived!!!!

Leigh Miners 11 - Bold Miners 10.

Either team could have won this, but I think a draw would have been a good result. Both teams had tries disallowed and spurned chances and we had 2 drop goals charged down before Leigh dropped a goal with the last play of the game.

Don't want to say he had any bearing on the result, but the ref seemed to think everybody had come to watch him and came up with some strange decisions, but we let ourselves get frustrated by some of them which led to a sinbin for dissent. Poor decisions for both sides but Leigh to their credit got on with the game where we got on his back.
