Wins the website player of the season award and for me that is bang on.

Whilst he didnt do much offensively he was always scurrying around plugging gaps in defence and trying to stem a season long flow against us.

He wasn't the replacement for Greg Bird he was hoped to be, but still the best of an underperforming bunch.

Seeing him limping back to his mark against St Helens at Knowsley Road and refusing to cede any ground was brilliant. And in possibly our highlight match of the campaign.

Would have had his name on my shirt next season if he had stayed.

If you have a look at the final table, I think tribute should also be paid to the lass in the hot-tub at Crusaders. Just 21 points behind Johnson at the end of the season. Hoping for a big season from her next time round.

no doubt about it - Dallas was the pick of the bunch from the matches I watched this season tho' it's difficult to pick a 1,2,3 MOM/Season because of all the injuries etc when you get down to it not many players played loads of games
my pick just for the sake of consistency would be :
1 - Dallas J
2 - Dane C
3 - Dimitri P

Did you read the interview with him in L'Independent? no excuse but the off the field stuff he mentions will have been on his mind.

Ça sera mon dernier match avec ce club et ces copains que j'aime beaucoup. It will be my last game with the club and the friends that I love. Je suis quand même triste de quitter cette équipe, mais comme je vous l'ai dit, une page se tourne. I'm really sad to leave this team, but as I told you, a page turns. I think our system works, but you make a fair point. Anyone wishing to do a points per games played analysis is more than welcome

yes,your system works - RL,like every other team game is a matter of opinions - it's subjective and impossible for everyone to be of the same opinion - stick with the system,if it's not broken,don't fix it...
