I was in the terrace below the seats behind the goal so I was only near to 8 of the 10 tries. We were on top for the first 10 minutes and for all the second half. We conceded 3 very similar tries and Gigot needs to realise that powder puff attempts at tackling are no use . 3 of our backs-Yaha Mead and Williame were injured by the end.We got lucky near the end when Yaha showed how fast he really is -Duport would have been 15 metres behind. All in all a good performance and a great result. That recovery tackle by Yaha was immense

It was indeed.

I know its the kiss of death but I finally gave McNamara some credit when the wife and I were chatting over the game.

He has had to tighten us up and take some of that flair out of our game to get us more solid.

We all want the free flowing, long range try scoring side of the Trent Robinson era back, but the run of form we were in and the way we were playing wasn't conducive to that. He also doesn't have the quality of player we had back then.

I've been playing in a side that threw the ball about and went for the spectacular last year and we got beat most weeks (except when Ricky guested). However over the winter we worked on set plays and organising the defence and whilst we aren't quite as good a watch, we do have a trophy in the cabinet.

Same principle applies here.

I only want us to win . On the whole I don't care how ,but I am increasingly concerned at the feigning of injuries,especially by Gigot
