Not just because of Catalans form at the start of this season, but his record for bringing through young french players is terrible.
I can only think of Barthau who has had the odd game at this level, he's also demoted Jean Phillipe-Baille for an import, which is strange considering he was outstanding last season......just not up to it.

How has he relegated JPB? JPB has the same ankle injury as Bosc!

After panicking last June and wanting him out, I felt somewhat chumpish when it came to the play offs and we went on that run.

The fixtures and injuries haven't helped, we can turn it round.

The fixtures have hardly been unkind, all three are games that you would have really been disappointed to lose at the start of the season. Regardless of last year's run, the general level of performance has been well down since Walters took over, with a better squad available on paper, and as mentioned this is not a result of bringing through juniors. Conceding 40 points at home is unacceptable for a team that should really be looking to challenge for the title, and the discipline at the moment is shocking.

The number of players involved in the 4N is a big hindrance to the club. The other clubs got off lightly this time with only 4 or 5 players affected at the most.

Indeed, though rather than blame the Four Nations, I'll blame the frankly ridiculous timing of the start of the new season.

Yeah, this "summer" rugby is pretty ridiculous. Its been an issue for a lot of clubs but i feel with so many international reps the problem has been magnified for ourselves.
