Totally separate question, but do we have our contingent of foreign players? Not saying our problem should be solved by signing another waste of space Ozzy, but it seems to me that we have two broken FBs (one of whom counts as a forrigner), Bell, Sa, Carlaw and Johnson. Of the last 4 I don't really see why we have half of them in the squad, I'd swap Bell and Sa for Ryles back. If we couldn't find a world class player, wouldn't the money be better spent on UTC or our academy?
I guess this is a related question in a way, why are we not playing Stacul as FB? I rate Pelo highly, but a FB he isn't, everyone would say that, he's not likely to become a FB. With some game time Stacul could actually develop into a good FB, maybe not a Greenshields or a Walker, but let's be realistic. Bell, Perry, Walters - square pegs the lot of them.
