Had a decent chat with the bloke after the game.

What is clear is that he is passionate about the club and its success.

I have seen posts on forums suggesting he is stealing a living but he has been outstanding in recent weeks and I hope his injury isn't too bad.

You get clear preconceptions about people based on their online/media history, but he seems a nice bloke.

I thought he was rude, crass and abrupt when I met him last year when i travelled over to watch Catalans v fev. Paul aiton however was a gent and real character.

To finish off with this game, Bird has a hip injury but McNamara hopes it's only a fortnight out.

He was getting a scan today.
