As a racer and cycling fan for nearly 3 decades any drug related appeal makes me nervous ...

I know what you mean, but it's not like Tone was actually done for PEDs, rather his behaviour toward (a) tester(s)

He has been posting instagram stories of him in the gym almost daily for a while now, so should be pretty fit.
