Had a really good time on our visit to bridgend, hope your looking forward to coming to cas. what sort of team are you likely to be putting out? Heard you had promoted a couple of welsh academy lads after your recent troubles- could anyone tell me there names, positions and sqaud numbers, would like to take a look at them.

We should be virtually full strength apart from our captain being out for the season.

Lloyd White
Ashley Bateman
Mark Wool I think are the only ones pushing for a first team start at the moment , still we've been forced into it. A good backbone for the future I hope.

Any idea on sqaud numbers and positions? would like to keep an eye for them as they may be internationals one day.

In terms of Welsh-born players:

16. Ben Flower - Prop/SR (has been playing all season.)

25. Geraint Rhys Davies - Prop (been at the club since day 1)

The younger ones who have come into the squad in the latter half of the season:

28. Lloyd White - Scrum Half/Loose Forward

29. Gil Dudson - Prop/SR

30. Lewis Mills - Prop/SR

31. Elliot Kear - Full Back (can play Scrum Half, Stand Off or Wing)

32. Ashley Bateman - Wing (has occasionally played Centre)

33. Ross Wardle - Second Row
