I think that actuall mr Samuels Firm Dekor owned the lease (may be talkin out of my a**e here) so would imagine they get the money and thats prob why its been donr Dekor cant be exactlly raking it in in this current economic climate in fact I think they did a lot of stuff for MFI and now they gone i would imagine that 500K wil come in very handy for running a plc

The downside means that both a football club and rugby union will be making decisions from everything from rent, marketing and advertising revenue down to who plays when should fixtures coincide.

well if they want to mickey off the only tenant getting 5kplus crowds whilst their own range from 500-1500 then good luck to them.
