Having now written four novels (One Winter, One Spring, One Summer and One Autumn) all set against a strong Rugby League background, I am pleased to announce that, except for the last page, I have now finished writing the fifth in the series. It is set in 2002 and 2003 and includes such chapter titles as "Sam was a good Yorkshireman", "Taking afternoon tea in Bailiff Bridge", "Listening to Stevo and Eddie", "What's Up With Elvis", "Meeting Eddie Waring", "A day out in Wigan", "A tale from Knowsley Road" and "She's a Jehovah's Widnes"!
Number 5 will be published next year but for anyone looking for a Christmas present for this year, I will be doing a number of book signing sessions with "One Autumn" over the next week, all starting at 11 'o' clock.
