I have edited my first post, but wasnt laughing at them(Barrow), more like laughing about the fact we were waiting on how long it took for a player to not be paid and that they offer so much money to players, that other clubs will never have a chance to offer that kind of money. These players go to these clubs for the money and now looks like they wont get paid. At the Eagles it is "This is what we have to offer," Take it or leave it!!!! No Player is better then the Club and thats why i Love the Eagles..............

Yep, I'd have Mick Nanyn. Maybe that young number seven as well, he looks to have a promising future.

Sometimes players need to look at how much money they'll get rather than what they're being offered.

Smith leaves Widnes to pursue refereeing career

Mark Smith has announced that he asked to be released from his contract at the end of the 2010 season to follow in the footsteps of Jamie Bloem and pick up the whistle instead of the ball.

Smith said "Im sad to be leaving a big club like Widnes, they have been excellent to me, however i feel my future lies in a different direction".

It is believed that his decision was made when challenged by Barrie McDermott to see if he could do any better than Mr Leahy in a live game on sky.

"Ive decided to accept Barrie's challenge, i refereed my first game this year between Sheffield and the Vikings at Don Valley and i enjoyed the power that came with it."

"However i intend to do my best to ensure Widnes have a sucessful end to 2010 and $uper League application until then".

Not to sure,i would say not more than 30,i agree though ilike him ,although i think he WONT be at Leigh next season.

Young 7 is Ridyard (wont be leaving Leigh I`m afraid)....... rumours Mark Smith is joining us for next season.
