Info wanted for Hunslet V Dons game : Sun Mar 21, 2010 5:20 pm  

Hi guys. Me and a friend are coming to the Hunslet v Dons game on Good Friday. Thinking about catching the train from Donny.

Is nearest station the main Leeds one. and if we catch train, are we able to get to the South Leeds Stadium?

Hi mate yes Leeds train station is closest its a ten minute taxi ride to ground from there or you can catch the number 2 or number 3 bus from corn exchange and get off at dewsbury road social club but it is about a ten minute walk from there to the ground the road towards the ground is uphill as well its got a kwik fit at start of it so if you get the bus look for kwik fit garage on dewsbury road and thats the road leading to ground if you get a taxi fare will be about 8 quid

Did the train to Leeds / taxi to the stadium today. Couldn't wait to get the taxi back out of there. Good job theres some good pubs in Holbeck and around Leeds Station.
