There is a rumour going round that Thunder have singed 2 NRL players. This is not official just lots of talk, anyone else heard this?

Seen as we have just released 6 players and Branighan has signed for Halifax we will have a few quota spaces open.

You are in the Championship. Championship clubs are only allowed one... Unless said Championship club is on its way to SL. I'm sure Mr Findlay will sort that one out for you

funny I don't remember Widnes having to shut up shop and give everything to a club that was in a position at least 5 times worse off than them.

I agree Widnes have been screwed and they should be in the SL and not CC. But Widnes have not been screwed from the heights GT where.

You didn't give them anything, the RFL used the 'merger' as a cover up to give Hull a million quid to keep them afloat. You were expendable as were Sheffield at the time. Two clubs outside the M62 corridor that would attract the least in press coverage.
